The 2009 Dollars for Scholars Application was made available for students and is due into the High School Guidance Office on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. 

The processing occurs anonymously over the next month and the results will be known at the High School Awards Night.

How are scholarships Awarded?
Any graduating senior of Maine-Endwell High School is eleigible to apply for a scholarship.  Awards are determined by the Dollars for Scholars Awards Committee and are based on the following criteria:

• Involvement in school and community
• Academics
• An essay about future plans

Individually named scholarships for memorials or endowments may have additional criteria.

Types of scholarships awarded

• One time memorial awards
• Special scholarships
• Multiple year awards
• Permanent funds to award scholarships every year
